I have a pre-publication paper in limited circulation right now (getting useful feedback!) that is also cited in my Berkeley Law colleagues’ latest survey, “Mobile Phones and Privacy” (by Jennifer Urban, Chris Hoofnagle, and Su Li). It’s been workshopped both at Privacy Law Scholars and U-PriSM (Workshop on Usable Privacy and Security for Mobile Devices) this summer. If you’re interested in this work, feel free to contact me directly – because I’m preparing it for conference submission I can’t post it widely, but the findings are very timely for many of the wider discussions about mobile privacy currently.
