Speaking at the FTC’s disclosure workshop – 5/30

I’ll be in DC for the Federal Trade Commission’s workshop on disclosures on May 30th, where I’ll be speaking that day (schedule still to come). We’ll be spotlighting many of the thorny issues with disclosures, especially on mobile platforms (think about that 42 page TOC doc you skipped through on your smart phone).
